Shipping & Delivery
Reliable, insured delivery across South Africa.
1. Delivery Areas
We deliver to all addresses within South Africa via trusted courier partners. We do not currently offer international shipping.
2. Delivery Times
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- KwaZulu-Natal (Durban, Pietermaritzburg): 1–3 business days.
- Major Centres (Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town): 2–4 business days.
- Regional & Remote Areas: 4–7 business days.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier capacity or public holidays.
3. Shipping Fee
A flat shipping fee of R200 applies to all orders, regardless of size or destination within South Africa.
4. Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel in real time.
5. Insurance
All shipments are fully insured against loss or damage during transit, up to the full value of the goods. If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at sales@rendezvoustech.co.za.
6. Failed Deliveries
If delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or the recipient being unavailable, the courier will attempt re-delivery. Additional delivery attempts may incur extra charges. Please ensure your shipping details are accurate at checkout.
