1. 30-Day Money Back Guarantee
Rendezvous offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all pre-owned devices. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or store credit, provided the device is in the same condition as when it was sold.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition that you received it.
- In the original packaging (if applicable).
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Free of any user-locked accounts (e.g., iCloud, Google Account).
3. Warranty Returns
All our pre-owned devices come with a 12-month warranty covering technical defects. This warranty does not cover:
- Accidental damage (drops, spills, cracks).
- Water damage.
- Normal wear and tear (including battery degradation over time, unless it drops below 80% within the first 3 months).
- Software issues caused by third-party apps or jailbreaking.
4. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact our support team at support@rendezvous.co.za with your order number.
- We will provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions.
- Pack the item securely and ship it to the address provided.
- Once received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
5. Refunds
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
6. Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
